Ferry Beach is a 32-acre, beach front campus which boasts a variety of meeting, gathering and celebration spaces, an assortment of lodging accommodations, wide porches, an art studio & performing arts space, several outdoor play areas and a wonderful dining center with full kitchen staff and custom catering capabilities. Treat your guests to an event at a spectacular venue on the state of Maine’s largest sand beach.
Ferry Beach is available to rent year round. Business meetings, Board Retreats, Corporate Events, Team-Building Workshops, Conferences, Office Parties, Family Reunions, Birthdays, and more. Beyond function space & lodging, ferry beach can provide you: Room Setups and Amenities, Free Campus Wide Wi-Fi, Meals and Meal plans to accommodate any budget, Continuous Snack and Beverage Service, Overnight Accommodations, Use of our Campus and our sandy private beach.

- Pricing includes room setup, AV equipment (sound, projector or tv, etc.) and supplies (easel, pad, markers)
- Overnight lodging reservations of ten (10) rooms include 1 free meeting space. 64 rooms includes half or all available meeting spaces. Full campus lodging rentals includes all of the available meeting spaces.
Additional fees may apply for use of Ferry Beach staff and resources for your event, including:
- $35.00 Room Access & Cleaning: access and cleaning fee before and after each session.
- $10.00 Advertising: towards class promotion on our platforms: website, email, social media. Fee is determined based on the number of weeks the event is published on Ferry Beach marketing platforms.
Legalities of Video: Video will be hosted on a Patreon system which only the artist and Ferry Beach would have ownership of, with the rights of the video being beneath the artist only.
