Celebrate the last weekend of the summer of 2025, with an all-you-can-eat barbecue, live music, family games and activities, the beach and more!

Check-in the afternoon of August 29 and connect with your Ferry Beach friends and families you haven't seen in a while.

Brainstorm and plan for some of your favorite Ferry Beach activities during the ingathering and organize groups and leaders to help coordinate them.

Throughout the long weekend, participate in any activities you wish, enjoy daily beach walks, build castles and relax on the beach.

Saturday afternoon, we will kick-off our annual Labor Day weekend cookout with live music and dancing throughout the evening.

Our menu for the cookout includes: Hors d'oeuvres, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Veggie Burgers, Portabella Mushrooms, Grilled Chicken, Shrimp, Lobster (One per Person), Farm-fresh Corn on the Cob, Variety of Salads, Homemade Desserts and more!

On Sunday, attend the last chapel service of the season then spend the day hanging out with friends, playing on the beach, or taking part in activities.

Head back home on Monday morning after breakfast, goodbyes, and reserving your 2024 room.

Our Location

Ferry Beach is a beachfront retreat center in Southern Maine (Saco, ME). A respite away from the everyday world, with 32 acres including porches, a wonderful dining center, volleyball court, playgrounds, art studio, meeting spaces, an outdoor chapel and of course the beach!

Conference Package (Pricing per Person)	Conference Package for Lodgers: Adult: $216 (Includes Daily Meals + Conference Fee) Includes Cookout Youth: $177 (Includes Daily Meals + Conference Fee) Includes Cookout Conference Package for Grove Campers Adults & Youth: $30 (meals are not included, but meals/cookout can be added to your reservation. Meals are included, there is no way to separate meals from the package price. Note: Lodging is not included in the conference package price, it's added on, the price varies depending on your desired lodging accommodation, see below.
