Friday: Check-in on the afternoon of September 4th and connect with friends! Gather together for our outdoor movie night! Grab some popcorn or treats from the store, bring your beach towel or beach chair and enjoy the movie on the lawn by DeWolfe (movie tbd).
Saturday: Head to the beach and start the day with a polar plunge into the ocean or enjoy yoga by the beach (this is not part of the weekend programming so it does have an additional fee of $10). Saturday mid-morning there will be a little friendly competition with a game of beach bingo followed with a “Beach Art Craft” in the art cabin, this year we are creating ocean/beach terrariums! Get ready to let your creativity shine! After lunch enjoy time by the beach, or participate in our sand castle competition. Then of course, in the evening we celebrate with our annual Labor Day cookout; featuring classic cookout foods and lobster (full menu online at fbch.me/cookout). Plus you can enjoy live music by the Zoot Jumpers- (a fantastic local swing band in Maine), a cornhole competition and array of kid friendly picnic/carnival games. Our menu for the cookout includes: Hors d'oeuvres, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Veggie Burgers, BBQ Chicken, Shrimp, Lobster (One per Person), Farm-fresh Corn on the Cob, Variety of Salads, Homemade Desserts and more! Seaside Sunday! Enjoy unlimited time by the beach! There will be a chapel service Sunday morning if you wish to attend. If you are looking for a creative outlet the art cabin will be open for a limited time. You can also play a game of pickle ball or volleyball if your heart desires. Seeking more adventure? Join us in the afternoon for a quest followed by a special Birthday Party celebrating 125 years of Ferry Beach! Enjoy cake, music, dancing, games, and a bubble party for the kids! End the day cozied up in the campground roasting s'mores over the campfire. Monday is time to say our farewells! Be sure to join us for a farewell bubble run/walk as we say goodbye to a wonderful weekend with friends and family members. Remember, breakfast and lunch is included, so enjoy both before departing back home. And don't forget to reserve your room for 2026! Bring your family and friends for an incredible weekend by the beach as we celebrate the end of summer together! All weekend long there will be activities for those of all ages; families, couples, singles! All activities are optional- enjoy the weekend however you like! |
