Additionally, we ask you be mindful of the check out times as they allow us time to prepare for the next guests. You are welcome to stay on campus and enjoy more beach time after you check out of your room.
For check in and check out please visit the registration office. The Quillen registration office (21 Park Ave) is open from June 15th- September 15th. The Kelley registration (8 Boardwalk Drive) is open from September 16-June 14th.

Cancellations:
A full refund will be processed for cancellations made 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date minus a $75 processing fee which is non-refundable.
14 days to your scheduled arrival date no refunds will be made. If the payment received is less than $75, no refund will be processed. Payments may also be rolled over to a future reservation as a credit.
Payments:
Payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival. If payment is not received in full, 14 days prior to your visit, the credit card on file will be charged.
Payments can be made by credit card or by check. Checks should be made out to Ferry Beach Retreat & Conference Center or FBRCC with a note stating who and what the check is for so we can easily keep a record of it.
Non-Smoking:
Ferry Beach Retreat & Conference Center is a smoke free campus, smoking (including vaping) is prohibited on our property.
Pets:
We do not allow pets on the premises.
Parking:
Parking is provided on campus during your stay. You will be provided a parking pass from registration to display in your vehicle at all times.
Supervision:
There must be an adult over the age of 18 occupying lodging spaces with younger children/teenagers.
Other General Information:
With old buildings and old electrical systems, for everyone's safety we do not allow space heaters. Box fans are available in rooms during the summer.
No recreation wheels are allowed in our building or on porches- (this includes bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, etc). There are many surrounding roads, pathways and courts for such activities.
