Welcome to Ferry Beach! Throughout our time together we will interlace meditation, yoga, lots of hands on healing (Reiki), aromatherapy, intuitive work and sharing along with ritual to honor our ancestors and the earth itself. There will be beach time in the afternoons and a chance to sign up for foot reflexology.
This retreat is perfect for individuals looking to relax, renew, reconnect, rebalance. For practitioners, it is a chance to relax and receive. This year we honor and remember the earth, our home and place in this world. We come from the earth, the mother of all living creatures, and return to lie this great lap that always holds us. Come with us to journey into ourselves and deep into the earth itself. Travel the shamans path and the path of the spiritual warrior. What to Expect: -Meditation -Yoga -Reiki -Beach Time -Aromatherapy -Reflexology -AND MORE! General Daily Retreat Schedule: 6:30am - Yoga 7:30am - Breakfast 9:00am-12:00pm - Healing Workshops- reiki, meditation... 12:00pm - Lunch 1:00pm - Free Time- enjoy the beach, nap etc or Participate in a Healing Activity Offering 5:00pm - Social Hour 6:00pm - Dinner 7:00pm - Varies on the day- sound and healing, healing in pairs, healing rituals, aromatherapy... Jeannette Duffau Jeannette Duffau is a teacher and healer who facilitates women's retreats, trainings, has led holistic healing programs for hospital staff has an active healing practice working with individuals with intuitive counseling and hands on healing. Her background training as been in healing arts and indigenous practices, psychology, intuitive development, positional therapy and nursing with the intention of healing the whole person. She has facilitated workshops and trainings for the last 12 years at Ferry Beach, teaching Reiki and offering the women's healing retreat program. Learning from indigenous traditions, her joy is to bring together groups or "tribes" for healing, magic and transformation. "It is my intention to hold all work with compassion, caring and safety. Within this framework, deep healing and joy can take place." |
