We are Hiring!

-Assistant Director of Food Services
​  (Year-Round, Full-Time Potential)
This position has the potential to be a year-round, full time job with benefits for the right person.  We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a large catering kitchen (or in an institutional setting: nursing home, hospital, conference center, hotel)
• Is responsible, and flexible and is comfortable working with inexperienced staff.
• This person must have knowledge of food allergies and is more than capable of responding to these.
• They must be excellent communicators and adept at multi-tasking. There is no hierarchy of tasks. This person is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and model that behavior for others.
• Able to stand more than 7 hours, pick up large trays of food and pounds of potatoes, flour, apples, etc.
• Willing to take direction and be responsive to supervision and peer correction.
• Understands the Ferry Beach vibe and is committed to our mission, understanding that food service is a big part of creating community.
• Will work 40 hours each week starting in May of 2026. Eligible for time and a half.

This position will start in April part time and quickly move to full time in May.

-Campground Attendant  (Seasonal)
 This is a seasonal position (June - September)
The Campground Attendant is responsible for the general upkeep of our Campground Area which includes keeping restrooms and public spaces clean, helping set-up and clean-up activities that take place.

• Set up Grove Office and maintain consistent hours
• Work with the registration team to coordinate arrivals and departures
• Sell ice in the office and monitor inventory
• Set-up chapel area for daily service and pick up after service
• Set up workshop areas and campfires as requested
• Keep restrooms clean and tidy
• Keep laundry room clean and organized
• Keep grounds picked up and raked
• Stock wood at firepit and in the rose pavilion
• Sweep off platforms and rake sites before guests arrive
