Due to the various forms of lodging at Ferry Beach, and the availability of certain spaces in different seasons of the year, lodging prices vary.

Rowland HallRowland Hall is a large, two-story building that hold several meeting spaces along with GAYLA Theatre on the first floor and 16 sleeping rooms on the second floor. The oceanside of Rowland consists of rooms with one or two sets of twin beds. There are two rooms with queen beds. The non-oceanside side of Rowland consists of family rooms most with two sets of bunk beds. There are two communal bathrooms on the second floor. Most rooms and both bathrooms have been renovated in the last few years.

QuillenQuillen is marked as one of Saco’s historic landmarks. Named for Ferry Beach’s founder, Quillen Shinn, Quillen features a lobby with our summer registration office and the Dolphin Room, a large sunny oceanside meeting space. 15 rooms for guest housing are found on the second and third floors. Quillen has six rooms with two twin beds (two with an ocean view), six rooms with queen beds (two with an ocean view), and three “family” rooms that have a queen bed and a set of bunk beds.

UnderwoodUnderwood is a two-story building behind Quillen with 14 recently renovated guest rooms and four bathrooms. Each room has two bunked beds and one single bed. One room has a single Queen-sized bed. Underwood has a wheelchair ramp, accessible first floor rooms, and an accessible, ADA compliant first floor bathroom.

Cross CottageCross Cottage has 4 hotel style rooms with private bathrooms.
All Cross rooms have a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Cross rooms are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer Linens are included in a Cross Cottage room rental. |

Metz CabinsEach private Metz cabin sleeps up to four people. These cozy spaces come with its own mini refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. All Metz Cabins are heated/air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with shower, small dining area and couch seating. Linens are included in a Metz Cabin rental. Metz Cabins are available to rent all year long!

Morris CottageMorris Cottage has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. One bedroom consists of a queen bed and twin bed. Another consists of one full bed and twin bed. The other two bedrooms have a single twin bed. Morris Cottage has one bathroom with a shower, plus an outdoor shower. The cottage also has a living room with a working fireplace and a full kitchen including a dishwasher. Morris is a heated space and is available all year long. Linens are included in a Morris Cottage rental.

Kelley CottageKelley Cottage has three bedrooms and is available to rent all year long! Rooms are located on the 2nd floor with exterior stair access only. Kelley cottage has a full kitchen with a small dining area, two full bathrooms with showers, and three bedrooms (one with a queen bed and two bedrooms each with two twin beds). Linens are included in a Kelley Cottage rental.

Claflin CottageClaflin Cottage has four bedrooms and is available to rent by day or the week from May to October. The first floor has a living room lounge area with a mini refrigerator, microwave and breathtaking oceanfront views. Also on the first floor is a shared bathroom with two sinks, two showers, and a toilet. The first floor has a wrap-around porch complete with patio chairs, tables and a swinging bench with a view of the ocean. On the second floor there are four bedrooms: One queen sized bed with an ocean view, two bedrooms each with two twin beds (one with an ocean view), and another room with a full size bed. Linens are included in a Claflin Cottage rental.

Camping in the Grove at Ferry Beach gives you the best of both vacation worlds: You get the beauty and serenity of Southern Maine’s pine forest with a minute walk to our gorgeous sandy beach. The Grove offers dozens of sites for tent and RV camping, along with Ferry Beach's meditative Memorial Garden, peaceful outdoor chapel, and the rustic Rose Pavilion.
