RISE with Nature: Stress Resilience Retreat
August 20-23, 2023
August 20-23, 2023
We are bringing Kripalu’s RISE Stress Resilience program to Ferry Beach to engage with research based methods for stress resilience. We will explore the 3C’s of Calm, Clarity and Connection and how they form the components of a Centering. Yoga and Nature Meditation practices will be embedded throughout. There will be plenty of time each day to enjoy the beach, water and the forest on your own or with friends.
Gina Tesoriero is an ANFT Trained Nature Therapy Guide and certified facilitator for Kripalu’s RISE Stress Resilence Program. For more information, see an overview of the RISE sessions we will explore and learn more about the nature meditation practices we will incorporate.
