Join us for some line dancing fun!What: Line Dancing Classes
When: Sundays from 1:00-2:30pm (EST) Line dancing is accessible to everyone, fun for all, and no partner is needed! The focus will be on many different beginner dances, some simple and some more complex, but all appropriate for beginners and higher level dancers. Sign up for one, many, or on a bi-weekly or weekly basis! Participants who have done jazz and ballroom dancing will enjoy this form of dance too. The teaching pace and music will be slower for easier learning and easier on the physical body too. Please dress comfortably as we will get warm from dancing and be sure to wear shoes appropriate for dancing. Instructor: Joyce Bailey has been teaching dance since 1995 In the greater Portland, ME area. She has taught ballroom, Latin, and swing dancing, and more recently became hooked on line dancing! Cancelled classes: February 15 & March 29 Please note: Line dancing classes will occur in Rowland Hall at Ferry Beach EXCEPT for the class on April 19th which will be held in the Quillen Building (Dolphin Room) at Ferry Beach. Pricing:
$10 per class (paid upon arrival to class cash or Venmo) Please sign-up in advance of the class. 50% of the funds for this event will be donated to Ferry Beach Retreat & Conference Center! You DO NOT need to sign up for all classes at once, you can re-fill out the form again at a later date if you want to add more classes.
Line dancing will take place in Rowland Hall, 14 Boardwalk Dr. Saco, ME.
