Ferry Beach has worked out our operational plans in response to COVID-19 and have put many systems in place to protect our guests and staff during this pandemic.  But all of our planning and precautions alone are not enough to prevent the spread of this virus - we need everyone to pitch in!

We want everyone who comes to campus to “Be H-E-A-L-T-H-Y, Stay Germ Free.”  Guests and staff are required to acknowledge their responsibilities and agree to participate in the while they are at Ferry Beach. 

These personal responsibilities include:

HANDS CLEAN
Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently

EVERYONE APART
Physical distancing whenever possible

A MASK IS KEY
Wearing a mask in all public spaces including the outdoors (currently also required in Maine by Executive Order)

LET'S ALL PITCH IN
Clean up and sanitize after yourself

TRACK FOR SYMPTOMS
​Self-monitor your temperature and for COVID-19 symptoms:
Fever or chills; Cough; Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; Fatigue; Muscle or body aches; Headache; New loss of taste or smell; Sore throat; Congestion or runny nose; Nausea or vomiting; Diarrhea

Follow all public health orders from the state of Maine and rules and guidelines from Ferry Beach

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE
Be aware of your surroundings and who you are near in the event of someone displaying symptopms
