Executive Directors from around the nation are invited to join us to relax, recharge, network and connect September 25th through the 28th at Ferry Beach Retreat and Conference Center. Not for profits are the backbone of service in the United States. These last two years have been especially hard on staff and particularly the leadership of these amazing organizations. Our retreat will include: yoga, talent show or other silliness, storytelling around a bonfire, networking, daily social hour and opportunities to interact with other Executive Directors, rest, beach walking, art room, and more. Please check our website for more details and additions to our program - we hope you will join us for this chance to connect and unwind with colleagues from around the country! All our porches have wide verandas for sitting, sipping coffee or another favorite beverage and sharing stories and ideas. Ferry Beach is a nonprofit organization and has been hosting retreats and conferences in the arts & culture, education, spirituality, sustainability, personal growth and justice & action since 1901. Retreat fee includes nine meals, all day coffee and tea as well as support for yoga instructor and a massage therapist. We will also have one of our dinners be an old-fashioned New England Lobster Bake. We are offering 20% off lodging fees for this group. Lodging fees include private rooms, dormitories, cabins, cottages, and a campground. Getting to Ferry Beach Ferry Beach is 20 minutes from Portland Maine and under 90 Minutes from Boston Massachusetts. Our closest airport is the Portland Jetport (PWM). The Downeaster Amtrak stops in downtown Saco (just 5 minutes from our campus) or you can always drive to our facility - just minutes from Route 1 or I-95! Nearby Attractions
