Sourdough Holiday Gathering
Description
On Friday, December 19th from 8am - 3pm we welcome you to come use the Ferry Beach kitchen to cook your projects (and no they don’t have to be sourdough related!) We’ll have the ovens firing and lots of space in the dining room and kitchen to cook.
What to Expect:
This special sourdough gathering is a time to share your favorite recipes, mishaps and other fun sourdough stories!! We’ll start the morning with coffee, tea, along with some sourdough goodies (you are welcome/encouraged to bring your favorite sourdough item to share, if you wish)! Then throughout the day, use the Ferry Beach space to cook, converse with other sourdough enthusiasts and collect new recipes.
Please come with your projects, recipes to share and shortcuts you’ve learned and if you have something already baked, something to eat!
Cost: $20. We’ll have utensils, dutch ovens, bowls, flour and some other supplies. Come for part or all of the day!
