Come learn how to make your own homemade sourdough bread!Sourdough Bread Making (a Little Science, a Lot of Flavor!)
Want to learn how to make awesome tasting bread using natural ingredients that are better for you than processed breads? In this class, we will go over how to make starter which is the key to dough rising and the science behind it. You will leave with recipes for starter, as well as sourdough bread. You will also receive a banneton, a jar for starter, and a scraper to take home with you! This class is hands on, so bring your apron! Classes occur over the course of 2 days. The first day we will make bread and allow it to proof overnight, the second day we will do the baking of the bread. **You must attend both days** Class Session Dates:
Session 1: You attend both days! CLASS FULL -Thursday January 8, 2026 (8-11 am) -Friday, January 9, 2026 (8-11 am) Session 2: You attend both days! CLASS FULL -Friday, February 6, 2026 (5-7 pm) -Saturday, February 7, 2026 (3-5 pm) Session 3: You attend both days! CLASS FULL -Wednesday, March 25, 2026 (8-11 am) -Thursday, March 26, 2026 (8-11 am) Session 4: You attend both days! CLASS FULL -Thursday, April 23, 2026 (5-7:30 pm) -Friday, April 24, 2026 (5-7:30 pm) If you are attending with someone, you must register both people in the attendees section during registration. Bio: Robyn Labbe: Robyn is the owner of Robyn’s Nook. She was pushed into starting her own business about a year ago by my son and so far, she is having some success!! Robyn is a single mom that’s loves to bake and craft.
