Grieving the death of a loved one can be a confusing, overwhelming and lonely process. You do not have to be alone in your grief.
Grief surfaces in our emotional hearts and in our physical bodies. It is important that we bow to the intelligence of our instinct to grieve.
Removing ourselves from our daily distractions, we will explore and share our grief, in a healing community of peers.
No yoga experience is required, and all spiritual and religious beliefs are welcome and respected. It is recommended that your loss has occurred at least six months prior to your participation.
