Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient Japanese healing art used to harmonize life force energy in the body, bring balance, promote optimal health and well-being, while releasing tensions of normal everyday life. Learning JSJ engages one in self-study and self-help to "Now Know Myself" to recognize the wisdom of the body, interpret its messages, and utilize this information to restore balance and harmony. In this two-day workshop you will learn the JSJ philosophy of the path to self-help, and some basic flows from the self-help books. A flow uses a series of points located along energy pathways known as meridians. It is as simple as just placing fingertips lightly over clothing on certain points, known as Safety Energy Locks, to help release blocked and stagnant energy. You will learn sequences for 3 major organ flows, the main flow to harmonize the vertical energy of your chakras, flows to balance the left and right sides of the body, explore how our attitudes affect health and how to use quickie exercises to release these attitudes, as well as quickies for first aid or chronic health issues, meditation, and a breath exercise that can be utilized while doing simple finger mudras that can be used daily and anywhere.
