Through gentle yoga, guided meditations, creative workshops, and sacred ceremony, you'll release what no longer serves you and return home renewed, aligned, and connected.

4:00 PM - Arrival & Check -In

7:30 PM - Opening Circle & Self-Love Workshop

Saturday:

2:00 PM - Henna Intentions Workshop
4:00 PM - Free Time- Walk the Beach, Journal, Rest
5:00 PM - Dinner
7:30 PM - Sacred Fire Ceremony

Our Location:

Ferry Beach is a beachfront retreat center in Southern Maine (Saco, ME). A respite away from the everyday world, with 32 acres including porches, a wonderful dining center, volleyball court, playgrounds, art studio, meeting spaces, an outdoor chapel and of course the beach! Located just a mile down the road from the Ferry Beach State Park!
