Let us do all the planning and preparation so that you can enjoy a festive evening out while you meet and mingle with others from the Biddeford / Saco region while supporting a great cause! Proceeds from this event will help Ferry Beach with our goal to build a more accessible campus for those with mobility issues.
Tickets are $20 per person and include hors d’ouevres, a holiday theme buffet, beverages and assorted desserts in our spacious dining center. Come for great food, music, and plenty of holiday cheer. The cost includes all tax and gratuities and there will be a cash bar available on site.

BBQ Sweet Potato Vegan Meatballs (DF,GF,V)
A wheel of brie is topped with house made apple cranberry chutney, encased in puff pastry and baked to a golden brown. Served with a selection of crackers and fresh baguette slices.
Goat Cheese Crostini with Fig Compote (V)
Creamy goat cheese spread on toasted baguette, topped with house made fig and red wine compote and fresh thyme sprigs.
Bitterballen (Dutch Croquette)
Traditionally a bar snack served in the Netherlands and a delicious little treat. A meat ragout, in this instance made of turkey and vegetables, bound with a roux, chilled, breaded and fried. Served with good grainy mustard.
Cannellini Bean & Roasted Vegetable Salad (GF,V,DF)
Middle eastern spices and herbs complement carrots, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts roasted to caramelize, combined with creamy cannellini beans, fresh mint & parsley and dressed simply with fruity olive oil, za’atar and lemon juice.
Toasted Orzo Cranberry Walnut Feta Salad (GF,V)
Lightly toasted orzo pasta is tossed with dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, feta cheese, baby arugula and cranberry vinaigrette.
Roasted Butternet & Apple Soup (GF,V,DF)
Butternut squash and apples are roasted to caramelize, simmered in vegetable stock with garlic and onions and pureed until silky smooth. Garnished with dried cranberries and toasted pepitas.
Kale & Apple Stuffed Pork Loin (GF,DF)
Fresh pork loin filled and rolled with sausage, apple and kale. Roasted to perfection and served with a cider reduction sauce. Add a dollop or two of the Cranberry Ginger Compote for a perfect holiday main course.
Mushroom Wellington with Carrot Sauce (GF,V)
A twist on the popular beef wellington, portabella and forest mushrooms are sautéed to caramelize and enrobed with country whole grain mustard and breadcrumbs in a flaky puff pastry shell. This dish is accompanied by a roasted carrot sauce. Cranberry Ginger Compote would also be a delicious accompaniment.
Butternut Squash Risotto (GF,V)
Risotto is sautéed with shallots and a dash of white wine, and cooked in vegetable stock to a creamy consistency. Roasted butternut squash is added along with a dash of butter, parmesan and sage to finish.
Smoky Winter Vegetable Ratatouille (GF,V)
Tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and yellow squash are layered with a silky smoked paprika parmesan tomato sauce and roasted until tender.
Fresh Cranberry Ginger Compote (GF,V,DF)
Fresh cranberries are simmered with candied ginger, orange peel and brown sugar to a jam consistency. Perfect accompaniment to our pork roast or mushroom wellington.

Traditional British mincemeat made with beef suet, apples, raisins, currants, orange peel and brandy baked in a shortbread crust, topped with a shortbread star and dusted with powdered sugar. A perfectly sweet two bite treat.
