Mastering the Art of Buttercream Flowers on the First Day of Spring!

What's better than celebrating the first day of spring by creating beautiful flower cupcake arrangements?!

Get ready to turn cupcakes into edible works of art! In this hands-on, creative class, participants will dive into the fun and satisfying world of cupcake decorating. You’ll learn the basics of piping and master six different buttercream flower designs, from roses to apple blossoms, daisies and more! Come let your creativity bloom!

**This class is perfect for beginners!** Suitable for those with some decorating skills as well.
We'll start with the basics and then advance to flower techniques.

All tools, supplies, cupcakes and frosting are provided — and best of all, you’ll go home with your very own delicious cupcake flower arrangement to show off (or eat)!

Class: Friday, March 20th from 5:30-7:30pm (2 hours).

Meet your Instructor:
Talia Grover

Talia is a skilled baker and decorator with 10+ years of experience. She discovered her passion for baking and cake decorating at just the age of 14 when baking for a family member's birthday. Falling in love with the aspect of"creating edible art" she began a baking a business as a freshman in high school. Talia decided to pursue a marketing career (now the the marketing coordinator here at Ferry Beach) but in her free time she still enjoys heading into the kitchen to try new designs (baking/decorating on the side for family and friends).

$50 per person

(all supplies included, plus you'll go home with
a half-dozen cupcakes!)

Ferry Beach is a beachfront retreat center in Southern Maine (Saco, ME). Experience a respite away from the everyday world, with 32 acres including many porches, a wonderful dining center, volleyball court, playgrounds, art studio, outdoor chapel and of course the beach!
