When registering to camp in the Grove at Ferry Beach, let us know whether you will be camping in a tent or RV, and please specify camper/RV size. Sites include water spigots and electrical hook-ups. Our campground is considered “primitive” as we do not have septic hookups or a pumping station. The Grove is divided into three sections (A-C). Sections A and C are exclusively for tenting and are nestled in the pine grove; many of these sites have platforms. Section B offers both tent and RV/camper sites, most are in the sunny Grove glade with a few sites tucked along the edge of the wood. Sites 1B – 4B, 16B, 17B and 20B are equipped with 30 amp electric hookups and are ideal for RV's and campers up to 24 feet. Site 18B and 19B our dedicated to be our Large RV sites and will accommodate up to 45' campers. We honor campsite requests on a first-come, first serve basis. FBPA reserves the right to change your campsite. Local Attractions There are many places for fun family activities in Saco, including water parks, miniature golf, and a drive-in movie theater. Old Orchard Beach’s pier and amusement park offers games and entertainment for both the young and young-at-heart. Sightseeing, eating, and shopping are plentiful in historic downtown Portland (approx. 30 minute drive), and a variety of fine dining and seafood restaurants are all around. Nearby bike and hiking trails are a great way to explore the area’s natural beauty! *Service animals welcome with proper documentation.
