Come learn how to make your own homemade sourdough bread!Sourdough Bread Making (a Little Science, a Lot of Flavor!)
Want to learn how to make awesome tasting bread using natural ingredients that are better for you than processed breads? In this class, we will go over how to make starter which is the key to dough rising and the science behind it. You will leave with recipes for starter, as well as sourdough bread. You will also receive a banneton, a jar for starter, and a scraper to take home with you. This class is hands on, so bring your apron! This class is 2 sessions in the same week, one in which we will make bread and allow it to proof overnight to be cooked the next day. **You must attend both days** -Wednesday, May 7, 2025 (4-6pm) -Thursday, May 8, 2025 (3-6pm) Bio: Robyn Labbe: Robyn is the owner of Robyn’s Nook. She was pushed into starting her own business about a year ago by my son and so far, she is having some success!! Robyn is a single mom that’s loves to bake and craft.
