Come learn how to make your own homemade sourdough bread!Sourdough Bread Making (a Little Science, a Lot of Flavor!)
Want to learn how to make awesome tasting bread using natural ingredients that are better for you than processed breads? In this class we will make a loaf of sourdough bread you will take home and the best chocolate chip cookies from sourdough starter. You will also go home with all the tools you need to make your own bread at home: a mason jar for starter, a banneton for proofing your next loaf, a razor and shower cap for the easiest way to reuse wraps for bread rising along with recipes and tips. This class is 2 sessions in the same weekend, one in which we will make bread and allow it to proof overnight to be cooked the next day. **You must attend both days** -Saturday, February 15th at 2pm – 5pm -Sunday, February 16th from 3-4:30pm. Bio: Robyn Labbe: Robyn is the owner of Robyn’s Nook. She was pushed into starting her own business about a year ago by my son and so far, she is having some success!! Robyn is a single mom that’s loves to bake and craft.
