Join us for Ferry Beach’s Quasquicentennial (125th) Anniversary Celebration Weekend! Enjoy festivities all weekend long; there will be the classic Ferry Beach Activities (s'mores & songs, talent show, chapel) and new added fun (a dance party, chili/chowder cook off, festival and special heritage experience)! Whether you're stopping by for the day or staying the weekend, there’s something for everyone- festive activities, community gatherings, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate together. Day passes are available for local visitors, and weekend lodging is offered for those traveling from afar. All are welcome to attend! Local communities, Ferry Beach members, friends, neighbors, conference-goers, volunteers, all who want to join in this special milestone. Come celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories during this monumental moment—we can’t wait to see you! CHILI & CHOWDER COOK OFF:
Spots are limited... don't wait! Special Team Opportunity: Groups, teams, and/or locals can support Ferry Beach while competing in a Chili & Chowder cook off! Have fun networking and collaborating while competing for prizes (such as for best chili overall, best chowder overall, most innovative chili, most innovative chowder, best vegetarian chili & best vegetarian chowder). Teams will have an opportunity to “decorate” their area to talk about what they do at Ferry Beach and/or in the local community. Each team will have a table and access to electricity, a couple of chairs and 4 passes to the event. You will need: a crock pot or instapot; your recipe, ingredients for your creation, posters about your organization/ business or for Ferry Beachers the activity you participate in. Team Entry Fee: $25 (minimum donation) 125th Anniversary Weekend Schedule (Tentative) FRIDAY — Welcome Day 3:00 – 6:00 PM — Arrival & Check-In 6:00 – 7:00 PM — Welcome Dinner- Introducing the 125th Anniversary 7:15 – 9:00 PM — Fireside Gathering in the Grove Campfire: Storytelling, Sing Alongs & S'mores (bring your own instrument) SATURDAY — Celebration Day 8:00 – 9:00 AM — Breakfast 9:30 – 11:30 AM — Chili/Chowder Cook-off Set-up and Socializing 12:00 – 4:30 PM — The Grove Festival & Chili/Chowder Cook-off 6:00 – 7:00 PM - Dinner 7:15 – 10:00 PM — Anniversary Dance Party - Mash-up of favorite music and costumes from the last 12 1/2 decades! SUNDAY — Community Day 8:o0 – 9:00 AM — Breakfast 9:30 –10:30 AM – Chapel in the Grove: Celebrating 125 years! 12:00 – 1:00 PM - Lunch 1:30 – 4:30 PM — Ferry Beach Heritage Experience ~ Join us for a variety of activities celebrating the past 125 years. 6:00 – 7:00 PM - Dinner 7:00 – 9:00 PM — Coffeehouse/Open Mic (AKA Talent/No-Talent Show) MONDAY — Closing Day 8:00 – 9:00 AM — Breakfast 9:00 – 9:30 AM — Closing Circle (Modern Tent Revival): Celebrating universal love today, tomorrow and for the next 125 years. 10:00 AM — Check-Out *Weekend guests are welcome to stay on campus to rest and enjoy the campus after checking out of their rooms at 10am)* 12:00 PM — Lunch |

Location:Ferry Beach is a beautiful beachfront retreat center in Southern Maine (Saco, ME). Nestled in nature with the beach on one side and a wooded Grove area on the other. Ferry Beach is a place to experience a respite away from the everyday world. You can enjoy all this 32 acre property has to offer; including many porches, a wonderful dining center, volleyball court, art studio playgrounds, outdoor chapel and of course the beach!
