Vacationing at Ferry Beach

Ferry Beach is a perfect vacation spot for you, your family and friends. Beginning April 1, available rooms and campsites are open to vacationers who wish to vacation at Ferry Beach without participating in a conference. Please refer to our Registration Guidelines for more details. Feel free to spend your days on the beach, or use Ferry Beach as your base while you explore up and down the Maine coast. Once offered only during family conferences, the young adult camping option of $20 per day/ per young adult will be available all summer long.  Ferry Beach will set aside several camp sites which the young adults will share.  Using UUA guidelines, Ferry Beach extends this special camping rate to young adults 18 to 35 years of age.  Cook your meals at your camp site or sign up for a Ferry Beach meal plan. Including meals the special young adult camp site/meal plan is $30 per day for a shared site and lunch only; $40 per day for a shared site and two meals; and $50 per day for a shared site and three meals.

For another affordable option, check out Work and Play Week, the first week of the summer season.  At Work and Play Week you get your room or camp site for free!  You pay for your meals.  In exchange for your free room or camp site, you work mornings on Work and Play projects such as painting, gardening, and repairs.  The work projects are fun and rewarding, and friendships always form.  Afternoons and evenings are your own to enjoy the beach and share good times with friends.
