The Art of Seeing
Saturday August 6- Friday August 12
Can you capture the moment of the world around you in a photograph? Ferry Beach is a perfect place to photograph sunrises, the beach, nature, and activities offered by the Ferry Beach Park Association. The Art of Seeing will focus on composing an interesting photograph, learning from each other, and sharing our talents. Possible daily photo shoots nearby in the salt marshes, the Saco River, the state park, the fishing village of Camp Ellis, Old Orchard Beach, local architecture, and flower gardens are all available in the Saco/Biddeford area.
Beginners as well as experienced hobbyists are encouraged to join using a range of cameras from point and shoot cameras, smart phones, to DSLR cameras. Laptops with digital image software are recommended along with photographic equipment such as lenses and tripods. Grow with us and learn how to capture the world around us and share it with others. We'll spend part of the day using software to alter and enhance our photographs.
Hoping you'll join us for a wonderful life experience!
