Sustaining Membership

Since its founding, Ferry Beach Park Association has grappled with the need to maintain the property and improve services that our guests deserve.

Sustaining Members pledge for the calendar year, paid monthly, by direct debit or credit card. Sustaining Members who are not yet Life Members receive Annual Membership after their first donation and are granted Life Membership when they have pledged or donated $1,000. Sustaining Life Member donations will be used for operational expenses only. At the end of the year, we will send you a pledge renewal notice. You can cancel or change your pledge at any time. Use the Authorization Form found on the second page of the Sustaining Member Pledge Form (available at right) to initiate or change your pledge.

Donations to our operating fund on a regular basis helps us and helps you. We are able to plan on a predictable income and you are saved the inconvenience of making frequent decisions about your contributions. With enough Sustaining Members we will not need to make appeals to a large list of people who may or may not respond.

Sustaining Members are acknowledged as special supporters of Ferry Beach with a suitable pin and a permanent lanyard for your name tag to be worn when you are here. Being known as a Sustaining Member will, we hope and expect, be a source of pride to you and motivation to others to participate.

We expect, like those who worked for the Association before us, to use ingenuity, persistence, devotion and the expertise of the members. We look forward to telling you about our progress, and hearing from you about ways in which to improve Ferry Beach.
