Transitions: Creating A Balanced You
August 10-11, 2018
This two day workshop is designed to be a holistic introductory overview of Transitional Wellness; from Mental, Physical, and Financial perspectives. This workshop will include presentations that are both thought provoking and interactive. Topics to be covered will be far-reaching, including, but not limited to: Health/Well-being, Family, Friends, Career, and Money. We will discuss and use the Wellness Wheel. Is your personal Wellness Wheel in balance? To decide where you are going in the second half of your life, one must first figure out where you are, and then take action to reach your future balanced goals. This workshop will help you along your journey of personal growth and development, so that you can learn and explore, as you continue along your own path to a fulfilled and balanced you.
Cost: $149 per person. $199 per couple. Includes presentations, workshop materials, and meals.

Katherine Perry is licensed in the State of Maine as a clinical counselor with certifications in both national certified counseling and distance credentialed counseling and has been in private practice since 2010. Katherine is also certified as a Life Coach through the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Katherine utilizes Solution Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology working with adults experiencing various life transitions. Katherine conducts third party wellness presentations and managerial trainings at companies throughout Maine and New Hampshire. Katherine balances her time traveling, beachcombing and writing.
Van Perry has been a presenter and speaker for many years drawing on his personal and business experience to connect with his audiences on a variety of business and financial topics. He is currently the owner of Resource Connections, a financial consulting company in Scarborough, Maine. Prior to having his own business, Van held various commercial banking positions in Maine. Van has a B.S. in Resource Economics from the University of Maine, a Banking Certificate from the New England School of Banking at Williams College, an International Business Certificate from the University of Maine, and he is a graduate of the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute. Van is an avid boater and enjoys SCUBA diving, fishing, camping, and hiking.
